• Identification of potential providers currently offering ticketing platform services within the industry.
• System components that must be considered to ensure a comprehensive solution is documented, planned, solicited, and awarded through a potential contract.
• System integrations that are necessary to deploy a robust platform that supports the diverse needs of university staff, faculty, and students.
• Industry standards and relevant experience of potential respondents.
• Technical standards and best practices applicable to ticketing platform services.
• Data privacy and security protocols, including compliance with payment card industry data security standards (PCI DSS).
• System features such as customizable reporting and dashboards for ticket sales, attendance, access, revenue, and customer engagement, with export capabilities in formats including excel, portable document format (PDF) and comma-separated values (CSV).
• Identification of the licenses, certifications, or professional qualifications required of potential respondents.
