- The steps taken to improve the efficiency of the electrical system should contribute to decreasing the carbon footprint.
- The products and solutions proposed should not interrupt the power supply to the connected equipment when the proposed system fails. 
- All solutions proposed should decrease down time during service repair and maintenance.
- Performance efficiency should be consistent even in varying load conditions.
