The Vendor is required to provide a complete electronic warrant software solution, including but not limited to the following capabilities:
•    Different warrant templates and/or the ability to create templates
•    Configurable workflows, including a rejection workflow
•    Integrated recorded video conferencing for oath and affirmation
•    Secure digital signatures
•    Record access and retention management
•    Integration with jail and courts processes
•    Tracking, auditing and reporting capabilities with timestamps
•    User management and permissions
•    CJIS compliance
•    Standalone electronic warrant functionality
•    Backup storage guarantees
•    Data security and encryption standards
•    System customization, including user preference settings
•    Mobile application compatibility (please specify supported platforms, e.g., IOS, Android, Windows).
