The vendor required to provide microsoft unified support services shall be delivered remotely with secure access to government systems provided as authorized by the using governmental units (UGUS).

- Microsoft may update their support services offerings from time to time, provided that the level of support services purchased will not materially decrease during the current term.
- Remote access
• Unless otherwise agreed upon, all services shall be performed remotely.
• Contractor personnel shall access the UGU’S systems only through UGUS’ approved secure remote access methods.
• The UGU will provide authorized user accounts for remote access, documentation of system architecture, licensing inventory, and current configurations and points of contact for escalation and issue validation.
• All access shall follow least-privilege principles.
• Contractor accounts must be timebound, pre-approved, logged, monitored, and reviewed by the UGU.
• No persistent, unattended, or unmonitored access is authorized.
• Data may not be copied, stored, or transferred without written UGU approval.
