The Vendor is required to provide to have a complete golf cart GPS system installed on its gas-powered 2025 Yamaha drive2 EFI quiet tech golf cart fleet at event center
- The number of carts in the fleet for the GPS installation will be between 150-160 units.
- GPS Unit – Each GPS screen should be a minimum of 9 inches diagonally in size and mounted on the center front of the underside each golf cart roof.
- The golf cart fleet at both golf courses stay outside at all times so the GPS units must be able to handle the harsh elements such as sub-zero temperatures, rain, sleet, snow, ice, and high temperatures over 100 degrees.
- The GPS system should be wired to draw its power from the golf cart.
- The GPS should power up and down when the golf cart key is turned in the on position.
- The GPS unit should not draw power from the cart when not in use such that it drains the cart battery while not it use for prolonged periods of time.
- GPS Management Software - Included in the per unit pricing is the installation and training of the corresponding GPS management software on computers/tablets/smart phones for staff use.
