The Vendor is required to provide to replace the office law records and jail management system.
- Office is seeking a modern, integrated, and scalable solution to support law enforcement operations, detention center management and associated administrative functions.
- The new system must provide seamless integration with Hexagon On Call Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) and multiple third-party vendors. We emphasize interoperability, data security, data analytics, and long-term maintainability.
- Provide a comprehensive, integrated Records Management System (RMS) and Jail Management System (JMS).
- Unified or modular RMS and JMS with seamless integration
- On-premises, cloud-hosted, cloud-native, or hybrid deployment options
