Redaction Software Solution

The Vendor is required to provide a comprehensive redaction software solution to support the City Clerk’s Office.
- Desired System Capabilities
•    Ability to accurately and efficiently redact video, audio, and document files.
•    Purpose-built or well-suited for municipal and law enforcement applications.
•    Integration with Axon Evidence.com is strongly preferred.
- Required Features and Functional Requirements
•    Compliance and privacy protection: supports redactions required under the act, government code confidentiality provisions, and other privacy regulations. Provides tools to ensure consistent and legally defensible redactions.
•    Multi-format file processing: capable of redacting video, audio, images, pdfs, and other common digital formats within a single platform or interface.
•    Ai-enhanced detection: utilizes automated or machine-learning based capabilities to detect and mask identifiable information such as faces, license plates, names, addresses, and other sensitive data, while allowing for manual review and adjustment.
•    Audit and reporting tools: maintains detailed audit logs that record user actions, redaction history, and workflow status to support quality control, legal review, and act request documentation.
•    Automates redaction tasks: allows for multiple videos/documents/photographs to be placed in a queue for sequential processing without employee intervention.
•    Template redaction: allows users to create reusable redaction templates tailored to act requirements, ensuring consistency across similar document types.
•    Metadata removal: ensures hidden data within documents is also scrubbed, providing full compliance with act standards.
