The Vendor is required to provide Infrastructure-as-a-Service ("IaaS") for the Authority's cloud environment.
- Responsible for providing secure, reliable, and scalable cloud hosting resources and related services on an "as needed, when needed" basis.
- The services will provide a secure, scalable, and reliable infrastructure to support the Housing Authority's core business applications, user access, and data storage needs.
- The cloud provider shall provision and manage the following Windows Server instances:

o Duo MFA Essentials Service (50 Users)
- Data Backup and Recovery
• Daily automated backups of all virtual servers and databases.
• Backup retention policy of 30 days minimum.
• Disaster recovery capability with restoration options for system, file, and database-level recovery.
• Monitoring of backup success and failure with proactive alerts.
- System Updates and Maintenance
• Regular patching and updates for Windows Server operating systems and SQL Server.
• Critical security updates applied within 72 hours of release.
• Scheduled maintenance windows with advance notification to minimize disruption.
