Salesforce Professional Services

The Vendor is required to provide for salesforce professional services are to prequalify salesforce integrators to work with state agencies to implement digital government solutions.
- The production Salesforce environment is centrally managed.
- The State does not anticipate that System Integrators (SI) working in development sandboxes will have access to the production environment. SI’s must be able to work cooperatively with all State Agency personnel, as well as other SI’s, if any, to assist in the maintenance and operations of that production environment.
- State Technical Support Team
•    Supporting the project as a technical resource and subject matter expert
•    Managing Salesforce System Administrator accountabilities
•    Assisting with data conversion planning and design
•    Assisting with data clean-up prior to conversion; and
•    Assisting in the development of system security, operational support models, and system architecture planning activities.
•    Sole Management for the deployment of software solutions to production environments.
- Must have proven Project management competence, especially managing efforts using agile methodologies, and managing requirements and acceptance criteria throughout project engagements.
- Must have standard reporting and status methods in place to provide project progress on awarded work.
- Must maintain and manage risks and issues using proven methods and standards.
- Must have proven ability to manage scope on efforts of varied complexity.
- Must effectively manage work plans to complete awarded project efforts.
