- System Capabilities
• The minimum recommended hardware and software, including browsers and system settings, to optimally access and use your system
• The system must be able to be accessed via a mobile device.
• The system via a mobile device, is an app required, or can the system be accessed via an internet browser on a smart phone or tablet
- Customer Service
• Provide a dedicated customer service representative who will serve as the single point of contact for account support and any questions or issues pertaining to the system
• Customer support process, including your customer service hours of operation.
• List the communication channels available for users to contact the customer service representatives for help (e.g., toll-free number, email, online chat).
- System Updates
• Provide information about system updates and include the following items: system update schedule (i.e., monthly, quarterly, yearly); how often updates and new versions of the software are released; and what time of day the system updates are carried out (i.e., morning, afternoon, evening, or night).
