The Vendor is required to provide a comprehensive consent management platform (CMP) solution.
- Deliver:
•    CMP licensing for primary and subdomains.
•    Implementation and deployment of consent scripts.
•    Training sessions for staff.
•    Ongoing support and maintenance.
•    Optional customization and add-ons.
•    Analytics integration with GA4, GTM, or data layer connectors.
- This engagement includes the following components:
•    Platform Licensing: Core CMP license (dashboard, cookie scanner, policy manager).
•    Domain Licensing: Additional licenses for test, staging, and production environments.
•    Implementation: Configuration, integration, and deployment of consent scripts.
•    Training: Vendor-led sessions for Technology and UCM staff.
•    Support & Maintenance: Technical support, updates, uptime SLAs.
•    Data Retention: Storage of consent logs and audit data.
•    Customization: Branding, API integration, additional features.
•    Analytics Integration: GA4, GTM, or data layer connectors.
•    Optional Add-ons: Accessibility compliance, localization, policy automation.
•    Other Costs: Disclosure of any additional fees.
