The Vendor is required to provide to support a comprehensive digital development and engagement infrastructure initiative funded through title iii.
- Provide a full website redesign, content creation, technology upgrades, and an integrated digital engagement strategy that aligns with university goals in stakeholder engagement, fundraising, brand visibility, and recruitment.
- Provide to modernize its digital footprint to serve alumni, donors, faculty, staff, community partners, and prospective students.
- Provide expertise in higher education digital ecosystems, user experience (UX) design, accessibility compliance, content strategy, and multichannel digital marketing.
- Full Website Redesign
• Redesign of university primary institutional website using modern UX/UI and branding best practices (all front line/main pages for departments, colleges, etc.)
• Improved navigation, information architecture, search functionality, and user flow optimization.
• Will not change any faculty, staff, or students’ backend platforms or functions such as Banner.
- Web Content Migration
• Audit of current content across all major divisions, including institutional advancement, academic colleges, and admissions.
• Identification of redundant, outdated, or ineffective content (ROTI analysis).
• Quality assurance and testing prior to launch.
- Content Creation
• Development of strategic and compelling content for:
o Development/Advancement: donor cases for support, impact stories, giving portal content
o Academic Colleges: program pages, student experience features, recruitment-oriented messaging
o Admissions: enrollment-focused landing pages, program highlights, calls-to-action
• Copywriting, photography, and videography support.
• SEO-aligned content strategy for all new pages.
- Mobile-Responsive Modules & Functional Upgrades
• Design and implementation of responsive modules that support:
o Giving portal functionality
o News and events
o Faculty/staff directories
o Program finder/search
o Forms, chatbots, or other engagement tools (if recommended)
- Digital Advertising Campaign for Fundraising
• Development of a fundraising-focused digital ad strategy aligned with the new website launch.
• Campaign creative and messaging.
• Integration with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Meta Ads Manager).
• Setup for performance tracking and conversion optimization.
• Coordination with university Advancement and Communications teams.
