The Vendor is required to provide to gather information on available Vendor Self-Service (VSS) solutions to modernize and streamline the current manual and decentralized vendor setup and management process.
- The vendor profile and registration process within your VSS solution.
- The solution must facilitate seamless and efficient vendor registration, data updates, and communication.
- VSS solutions that encompass:
•    A secure, user-friendly portal for vendor self-registration and management.
•    A robust, configurable workflow and approval system for central and agency collaboration.
•    Integration capabilities with the existing General Ledger (GL) financial system.
•    Advanced reporting and dashboards to monitor vendor setup activities.
