Software Solution for College Criminal Background Check and Drug Screening Services

The Vendor is required to provide a comprehensive and inclusive software solution for background screening and related services for employees of the college.
- Services must be compliant with state and federal law, efficient, secure, and tailored to the needs of a large community college, including specialized health sciences programs.
- Provide criminal background check and drug screening services, including but not limited to providing services for complete screening for potential, returning, and current college employees.
- Provide services for a pre-built integration (preferred) with Workday Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), or services that provide a robust Application Programming Interface (API) to integrate with Workday ERP, and must provide services including, but not limited to, the following:
•    Compliance with Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA);
•    Batch reporting and automated services for each candidate;
•    Turnaround time within three (3) business days;
•    Background check services including, but not limited to:
o    Address history;
o    Credit report;
o    Education verification;
o    Social Security number traces and validations;
o    Countywide criminal search within the last seven (7) years, misdemeanor and felony;
o    Statewide criminal search within the last seven (7) years, misdemeanor and felony;
o    Nationwide criminal search within the last seven (7) years, misdemeanor and felony;
o    Nationwide sex offender status check;
o    Motor vehicle records checks (upon request by college); and,
o    Ad hoc international background checks when candidates have an international history.
- Health Sciences Criminal Background Checks and Drug Screening
•    Compliance with FCRA;
•    Batch reporting and automated services for each candidate;
•    Turnaround time within three (3) business days;
•    Background check services including, but not limited to:
o    Address history;
o    Resident history within the last seven (7) years;
o    Credit report;
o    Education verification;
o    Employment verification (past two employers);
o    Social Security number traces and validations;
o    Social Security alert search;
o    Countywide criminal search within the last seven (7) years, misdemeanor and felony;
o    Flat-rate county criminal search including maiden names and aliases (state);
o    Statewide criminal search within the last seven (7) years, misdemeanor and felony;
o    Nationwide federal criminal search within the last seven (7) years, misdemeanor and felony.
- The system must be fully compatible with all current and latest major versions of web browsers.
