The vendor required to provide electronic legislative management system (ELMS) to replace our existing agenda management, meeting streaming solution.
- The cloud-based solution shall manage agendas, minutes, facilitate records management, and support the legislative processes associated with public meetings for the city council, and manage our boards and commissions platform.
- The solution shall provide functionality that modernizes and optimizes workflow, integrates with city applications resulting in a more seamless user experience for solution users, employees and the public.
- The solution should allow for growth and flexibility for future public meetings and adopt best practices utilizing modern tools and technology for meeting agendas and minutes.
