Digital Engagement SaaS Maintenance and Support System

The Vendor is required to provide digital engagement annual licenses, ongoing maintenance, and support services to ensure the software remains functional, secure and up to date.
- Provides access to a cloud-based public engagement platform that enables the creation of interactive, customizable surveys for transportation planning. It supports various input formats, real-time data collection, secure storage, automated reporting, and meets accessibility standards, with technical support and platform updates included.
- Provide standard product maintenance and support services included with the standard license such as annual updates, patches and fixes needed to improve functionality and keep the software in working order.
- Provide access to the agency public engagement platform via secure cloud hosting.
- Artificial Intelligence: 
•    Must provide a detailed explanation of all Artificial Intelligence (AI), whether proprietary or publicly available, that may be used in the delivery of technology solutions and/or services. 
•    The specific actions and outputs generated by the AI (decisions/output).
•    A description of what the AI functionality recommends, decides, documents, reports, or affects when deployed.
•    An overview of how the AI functionality is utilized within the solution.
•    Clarification on whether the AI functionality is optional or mandatory.
•    Information on the presence of Human-in-the-loop (HITL) involvement.
•    The types of data being utilized by the AI.
•    The classification and categorization of the data being used.
•    Details on the handling of data, including if it is being transferred outside of department, used to train an AI model, etc.
•    Measures taken to mitigate biases and hallucinations within the AI model.
•    An assessment of the reliability of the AI algorithms and models deployed.
•    Strategies for handling unexpected inputs and edge cases.
