Shaft Alignment Tool

The Vendor is required to provide to procure a high-quality shaft alignment tool that meets specific performance and durability standards.
- The tool will be used for aligning both horizontal and vertical mounted machines with various bolt configurations. 
- The tool must be robust, water-protected, shockproof, and dustproof, and it should offer advanced data display and reporting capabilities.
- Protection Standards:
•    Rated IP66 and IP77 for water protection, ensuring the tool is resistant to powerful water jets and temporary immersion.
•    Shockproof and dustproof to withstand harsh industrial environments.
- Data Display:
•    Display data must be functional on iOS devices, including tablets and iPhones.
•    Optionally, a glove-enabled display unit should be supplied for ease of use in various working conditions.
- Alignment Capabilities:
•    Must be capable of aligning both horizontal and vertical mounted machines.
•    Support for machines with 4, 6, 8, and 10 bolts.
•    Ability to align machines with multiple sets of feet.
- Reporting:
•    Reports must be exportable in both PDF and Excel formats for ease of documentation and analysis.
- Additional Functionalities:
•    Integrated belt/sheave alignment and vibration analysis program on a single platform.
- Included Components:
•    Measuring units.
•    Shaft brackets with chains and rods (120mm).
•    Four (4) 75mm rods.
•    Wrench set.
- Support and Training:
