Data Analytical Support Solution

The vendor required to provide data analytical support solution for include:
1. Act statistical analysis:
•    Extract and convert data from the CCDA case management system (CMS)
•    Construct an analytically usable database
•    Conduct a data audit to identify data gaps
•    Identify additional databases to locate missing data features
•    Devise a plan to backfill content missing from the CMS
•    Reconstruct the CMS at the case-defendant level
•    Conduct racial disparities analysis
2. Quarterly data maintenance:
•    Upon completion of the analytical data set, maintain the data on a quarterly basis.
•    Build a data pipeline to support the analytical data set.
3. Data ingestion:
•    Package the data to be ingested back into the CCDA CMS
•    Compile and map data for uploading into the CMS
•    Conduct data quality audit for accuracy
•    Produce data ingestion summary and audit reports
4. Dashboards:
•    Produce dashboards and visualizations that are of strategic value to the CCDA.
•    Create customized reports and assist in public records requests
•    Produce dashboards with anonymized data for public consumption
5. Act motion response:
•    Provide analysis and expert testimony as requested by office.
