English Language Interpreters Services

The vendor is required to provide oral english language interpreting services for agency.
- Foreign language translator requirement
• Assigns employees to an agency project that do not speak english must have an on-site, full-time interpreter.
• Failure of an awarded supplier(s) to have an on-site, full-time interpreter that is fluent in speaking and understanding an employee’s native language for those employees that do not speak english is reason for immediate termination of the contract for cause.
- Only individuals who do not have an approved application currently on file and are interested in providing english language interpreting services for the 2025-2029 period are requested to submit an application.
- Agency also accepts applications from prospective interpreters on an open enrollment basis throughout the year in order to maintain a sufficient pool of interpreters to meet our needs.
