Translation Services

The vendor is required to provide translations created through automation or artificial intelligence (AI) are not acceptable.
- Require translation:
1. In the semiconductors drop down menu"
•    Empowering the future: semiconductors and innovation in county
•    Current innovation
•    Site partners
2. Under the real estate drop down menu:
•    Economic opportunities
•    Land development opportunities
•    Leasing opportunities
3. Under projects drop down menu:
•    All projects
•    Build back better regional grant
•    Build back better regional challenge
•    Meet our partners (a lot of this is repetitive from the site partners page)
4. Under the about drop-down menu:
•    Resources (titles of the documents - these do not really change).
- Translated materials must meet the following quality criteria:
•    Content must be accurate and faithful to the source.
•    spelling must be correct and consistent.
•    Grammar must be proper and aligned with standard conventions.
•    Language structure must be appropriate to the target language, while remaining true to the original english content.
•    The translation must be written appropriately for the intended audience, considering:
o    Appropriate reading level
o    Culturally appropriate terminology and content
o    Clarity and easy to understand wording
o    Regional language difference and common expressions
- The translated document(s) must be checked by proficient translators before delivery for quality assurance.

- Contract Period/Term: 1 year
