Sign Language Interpreter Services

The Vendor is required to provide American Sign Language (ASL) interpreter services for in-person and video remote interpreting (VRI) Services.
- Provide American Sign Language (ASL) interpreter services for in-person and video remote interpreting (VRI) Services to the following events:
•    Regular Board Meetings are held on the 1st & 3rd Tuesday of each month at 6 p.m., unless otherwise noted.
•    Agenda Board Meetings are held on the 2nd & 4th Tuesday of each month at 4 p.m., unless otherwise noted.
•    During the months with five (5) Tuesdays, the Agenda Board Meeting will be held on the fifth Tuesday.
•    Interpreter services may be required for other City-sponsored events, such as press conferences, public meetings, etc., that might require ASL Interpreter Services.
