Translation and Multi lingual Communication and Media Services

The vendor is required to provide translation and multi-lingual communication and media services on an as-needed basis.
- Communications already translates many of its communications into Spanish but is looking for a consultant to enhance current efforts.
- Include, but is not limited to the following:
•    Translation services
•    Communications support (planning, strategy, implementation)
•    Writing services such as press releases, brochures, social media, web content, etc.
•    Community outreach
•    Media buying and analytics reporting
•    Media support services
•    As-needed translation services for press conferences, community meetings, or other events
- The capabilities to perform the following services including but not limited to:
a. Working closely with multiple city departments to implement activities that complement and support communications and outreach activities including, but not limited to:
•    Media relations
•    Media pitches
•    Translation of materials
•    Communications support (planning, strategy, implementation)
•    Writing services such as press releases, brochures, social media, web content, etc.
•    Expand multi-lingual media connections for staff
b. Additional services requested by the city on an as-needed basis, may include:
•    Media buying and reporting of ad buy results, including metrics (the consultant shall be responsible for payment of media purchases in the first instance and shall be reimbursed by the city upon submission of proper documentation. 
•    Multicultural community outreach
•    Outreach to community and business groups.
