Curriculum Course Translation Services

The Vendor is required to provide for the translation of two courses from English to Spanish, with potential for additional translation work.
- The translated course information shall be of high quality with the Spanish terms making sense in the context of the curriculum.
- All Curriculum course content, images, interactives, support documents, ancillary documents, assessments, videos and audio should be translated completely and accurately.
- Solution shall also include a clear methodology to ensuring translation accuracy and use of appropriate language, and tonality.
- Solution does not utilize open-source AI
- Translate content in interactive files.
- Translate support documents within course content (copyright footer excluded).
- Reproduce any image files with text translated.
- Translate audio and produce a translated audio track and text version.
- Translate videos and produce a translated audio track and text version.
- Translate assessments.
