The vendor is required to provide video remote sign language (ASL) interpretation services on an as-needed, and on-demand basis.

• Real-time ASL interpretation between deaf or hard-of-hearing individuals and court personnel, via video conferencing platforms.
- Software compatibility and technology requirements
• Supply and manage its own licensed video teleconferencing platform as part of its service capability to deliver video remote interpreting (e.g., a licensed version of zoom, microsoft teams, or an equivalent platform).
• Video teleconferencing platform shall be web-enabled and include chat functionality.
- Schedule and coordination
• Maintain 24/7/365 availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to provide remote ASL services on demand.
