The Vendor is required to provide that non-emergency medical transportation services to ensure comprehensive transportation solutions for our patients.
-Destinations range from patients' homes to other hospitals for long-term care and from local transport to transport in contiguous states.
-Assist patients with going to their appointments, returning home after appointments, or being discharged from the hospital if they meet federal poverty guidelines.
-Individuals but also frees up critical hospital space for patients in need of receiving life-saving care.
-The evaluation committee with a broad understanding of the entire proposal.
-The executive summary and proposal overview, offeror should submit with their response a summarized profile describing the demographic nature of their company or organization:
•Organization is classified as local, regional, national, or international.
•The size of your company in terms of number of employees, gross sales, etc.
•Their company’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion and maximizing business opportunities for state-located businesses.
-The university is seeking the following:
•A range of agency services, including but not limited to wheelchair and stretcher transport and patients requiring oxygen, to accommodate the varied mobility needs of patients
•A service area that includes not only state but also contiguous states.
•Including weekends and holidays to accommodate the scheduling needs of patients.
•Real-time tracking of agency assets for university staff to ensure timely communication with patients and healthcare providers.
•Agency capacity for approximately 200 patient transports per month.
