Study Abroad and Domestic Travel Management Partners Services

The vendor is required to provide comprehensive travel services for official university study abroad student and faculty travel.
- Study abroad programs: the university desires study abroad programs that include student tuition at the University, excursions and cultural activities, accommodations, etc.
- Custom faculty-led study abroad programs: the university desires to conduct faculty-led study abroad programs with students in connection with courses of instruction or school related educational and cultural activities in another state or a foreign country. 
- Offeror should provide educational or service-learning travel programs including transportation, living accommodations, and other travel logistics.
- Airfare: the university desires the offeror to secure airline tickets, simplify payment for airline travel and provide campus-wide cost reductions.
- The assigned account manager will a higher-level employee and will be the point of contact to coordinate travel requirements and will handle any problems or inquiries that may arise. 
- This person must have the authority to act on and make decisions to resolve any issues, including contractual issues, without need for extensive consultation within your organization.
- List the names, resumes and responsibilities of additional individual(s) to be assigned to this account and responsible for successfully managing this account.
- Account reviews: this individual may meet periodically with department personnel, research information, and deliver special reports and negotiated contracts.
- Customer service: describe your agency’s plan to monitor customer service levels, including problem resolution procedures.
- Required to be aware of all travel warnings, and situations that may pose a safety/travel threat to our travelers, and inform the university immediately of any travelers affected by such situations.
