The Vendor is required to provide services that shall include but is not limited to air passenger transportation, ground passenger transportation (including car, bus and train), hotel accommodations and related services for business and student travel.

- Service Agent Transaction Fee:
•    Domestic airline ticket
•    Domestic airline ticket change fee
•    Domestic airline ticket cancellation fee
•    International airline ticket
•    International airline ticket change fee
•    International airline ticket cancellation fee
•    Group airline tickets
•    Group airline ticket change fee
•    Group airline ticket cancellation fee
•    After-hours emergency phone call
•    Car reservation only
•    Charter Bus reservation only
•    Hotel reservation only (individual)

•    Rail ticket – domestic 
•    Rail ticket - international
•    Domestic Group Trip to include but not limited to hotel, charter bus, restaurant reservations (50-100 people)

- The travel agency must provide service 24/7/365.
