The Vendor is required to provide a turnkey solution for route management and optimization including hardware, software, implementation, training, and maintenance on equipment at any location specified by city staff within the city’s jurisdiction, and ongoing support for the city.
- Furnish route management and optimization services and the amount paid by the City shall only be the unit dollar amount.
- Provide services that include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Route management and real time updates with optimization features.
• Mobile in-cab technology with android or iOS capabilities
• Real-time GPS tracking and route status updates to include location and service alerts
• Assumptive service verification with time, location, and exception documentation capabilities for service or other issues to report.
• Driver route support and assist functionality from driver to driver or dispatch to driver.
• Ability for turn-by-turn route navigation to service address and other city sites.
• Dashboards and analytics for supervisors and management.
• The system must provide integration capabilities with current and future city systems (e.g. Naviline, oracle, vertex one)
• Initial one-time, monthly or annual subscription costs for services.
