Speech and Language Therapy Services

The vendor is required to provide licensed school speech language pathologist(s) (SLP) to provide speech and language therapy and initial evaluations for 1 or more offenders within the department facilities around the state.
- Provide necessary equipment or supplies for each session, if applicable. 
- Must also be able to evaluate students at the initial visit and provide improvement plans and other documentation on students’ progress, or any other monthly recommendations or as needed.
- In special circumstances a contractor may be called to participate in a student’s IEP team meeting and provide necessary information pertaining to the students they are providing services to.
• Cost per hour per student (1 time a week) – please include all travel expenses in this cost 
• Costs for individual education plan (IEP) team meetings with staff should be separated from your rates of service, as a separate cost, as they will not always be required.
