The vendor is required to provide cctv inspection, assessment, and data collection and GPS coordinates performed in accordance with company’s pipe condition assessment specifications for the following sewer lines and structures (all figures are approximate):
• 90,606 LF of storm sewers, including:
o 29,168 LF less than 12”
o 29,623 LF 12” to 24”
o 15,690 LF 24” to 36”
o 4,653 LF 36” to 48”
o 4,938 LF greater than 48”
o 6,534 LF unknown
• 504 inlets, catch basins, and manholes.
- CCTV, inspect, and assess all storm sewers within the project limits in a manner that is minimally disruptive to traffic and the community (e.g., use of remotely operated equipment and autonomous equipment where practicable) and captures the following:
• Pipe material and diameter
• GIS mapping of all sewers encountered
• Condition assessment in accordance with company’s cctv pipe condition assessment specifications
• GPS coordinates for all structures
• Invert elevations for all connections within structures
- GPS coordinates for manholes, catch basins, and inlets, as well as inverts are included in the inspection scope and shall be captured as part of the inspection process.
- GPS coordinates shall be assembled into a GIS map utilizing the city’s existing manhole numbering system and facility ids within the city’s GIS map.
- All such data provided to the city must integrate into the city's existing ArcGIS system.
- All multi-sensor inspection (MSI) inspection data shall integrate into the city's existing ArcGIS system.
