Community Development Technical Services

The vendor is required to provide from community development consultants for the provision of technical assistance relating to federal, state, and county housing and community development programs.
• Consolidated plan and annual action plans
• Annual performance reports and other compliance reports
• National objective and eligibility determinations
• Subrecipient and CHDO agreements
• CHDO certification and capacity building 
• Environmental review records (ERR)
• ERR for another entity e.g., MCHA
• Procurement and contracting, including section 3 and baba
• Labor compliance
• Review and revision of housing rehabilitation programs
• Fair housing and equal opportunity housing
• Affirmatively furthering fair housing
• Subsidy layering analyses of housing development projects
• Project feasibility analyses
• Development and monitoring of performance outcome measurement system
• Covid-19 funding
• Community development block grant program (CDBG)-DR
• Home, and
• Other areas of regulatory compliance as necessary.
