The Vendor is required to provide design and installation services for historic markers and signage at (8) eight sites within the downtown.
- Provide a detailed cost proposal to include:
• (3) Custom fabricated signs as detailed on drawing a-102
• (5) Custom fabricated signs as detailed on drawing a-104
• (8) Concrete foundations w/rebar cages (with testing reports per agency standards).
• Shop drawings signed and sealed by a professional engineer.
• City and agency permits, as required by location.
• Sign fabrication, delivery and installation.
• Site preparation to include utility mark out and coordination, staging area fencing, recyclable and waste collection and disposal, traffic control /barriers /cones.
• All tools and equipment necessary for the fabrication, transportation and installation of each sign and the preparation and restoration of each site location.
• Storage of signage, materials and equipment for the duration of the project.
• Project management services to include weekly progress reports on project activities, site meetings with designated city staff, certified payroll reports including required PLA documentation, documentation of workforce act certification, and board utilization.
• As-built drawings for any site work modifications.
• Site restoration at the completion of each installation, inclusive of restoration materials.
• Total project duration not to exceed 75 days from notice to proceed.
