Disaster Recovery Services

The Vendor is required to provide full spectrum disaster recovery operations to implement agency department community disaster recovery action plan.
- Provide a project management capability which timelines all aspects of the recovery (from intake to construction complete), estimated completion of all tasks, and financial projections. 
- Implementation contractor shall provide agency with this data in the formal weekly briefing (executive briefing).
- Implementation contractor must provide an official certificate of occupancy or certificate of completion for each project and retain this certificate in the system of record.
- Implementation contractor must provide an on-site compliance capability to ensure internal fiscal responsibility and provide agency with the result of all internal reviews.
- Any complaint by any person regarding harassment or discriminatory conduct regarding any aspect of the program or operation.
- Any citizen fraud complaint lodged against either the state, the prime vendor (implementation contractor), its contractors, sub-contractors, or general contractors associated with the program.
- Any threat of legal action by a citizen against any contractor or the state which threat relates to any aspect of an agency program.
- Any threat of violence toward agency, agency personnel, agency programs, or agency contracted personnel.
- Any citizen’s threat to report to the media or threaten placement in social media any program event or project in order to cast the program in a negative light.
- Any loss or potential loss of citizen’s personally identifiable information (PII) in any form to include paper or electronic loss, or the loss of a computer or cell phone containing PII.
- Any non-routine inspection conducted by any entity regarding the program.
- Achievement of contractual performance measures or metrics.
