The vendor required to provide data content services for include:
• Provide data cleansing for approximately 75000 item master files.
• Provide data enrichment for approximately 75000 item master files to include item images, item global trade item number (GTIN’s) for each unit of measure, united nations standard products and services code (UNPSC) classification in the form of segment, family, class, commodity, Healthcare common procedure coding system (HCSPCS) codes for revenue cycle, sterile indicator, implantable indicator, hazardous materials indicator, and safety data sheets (SDS).
• Provide deliverables in the following format: comma-separated values (CSV), hypertext markup language (HTML), extensible markup language (XML), and application programming interface (API).
• Ensure that the data is Infor cloud suite compatible.
• Provide daily incremental and monthly batch cleansing and enrichment.
• Support daily item master updates via API and monthly updates via csv.
• For monthly updates, provide cleansed and enriched file to supply chain informatics within 5 business days of receipt of parkland’s master item file.
• Reprocess the data within 5 business days, if the deliverables are found to be unacceptable.
• Create inbound and outbound interface within 45 days of a signed contract.
• Conduct system testing upon completion of interface.
• Provide end-user training sessions one week prior to go live date. go live date will be within 60 days of contract signature.
• Obtain final sign-off after initial user acceptance testing.
• Provide all final data upon contract termination for parkland health to retain in its systems.
