The Vendor is required to provide peer workforce development services in alignment with the workforce education and training activities identified in the behavioral health integrated plan (BHIP).
- Services are to assist the individuals, and their family members, as the individuals move into higher levels of behavioral health recovery and increase their participation in the public educational system with the goal of gainful employment in the public behavioral health system known as Behavioral Health Services (BHS) system of care.
- Must self-disclose with explanation or deny the existence of this information pertaining to their principals, executives, and managers directly involved with the performance of the services
- Table of Contents from the organization's policies and procedures manual covering daily operations and emergency procedures (medical, fire, etc.). If a policies and procedures manual does not exist, provide a plan and time frame for development.
- Recent financial statement prepared by an independent Certified Public Accounting (CPA) firm.
- Contract Period/Term: 1 year
