Lab Works Structured Query Language Migration Services

The vendor required to provide lab works structured query language (SQL) migration service, the service allows department lab to perform environmental testing such as water and soil quality testing.
- Lab works is a laboratory information management system (LIMS) software package that deploys the updated version to the production environment, effectively manages samples and associated data.
- The services shall include but not limited to:
•    Lab works oracle to SQL migration assistance (1 database);
•    Lab works professional services, including:
o    Test of current data base,
o    Install new version and review on dev system.
o    Deploy the updated version to the production environment.
o    Provide up to three training sessions (1.1.5 hours each) focusing on new version features and specific areas requested by department.
o    Follow up and address outstanding upgrade questions.
