The vendor required to provide Spanish language program for include:
•    Available in Spanish
•    Available in print and digital forms 
•    Aligned to the 2020 new jersey student learning standards - world languages 
•    Resources to support all mandates set forth by the department
•    Assessments aligned with the performance expectations 
•    Data performance and engagement reports 
•    Google classroom integration to transfer assessments 
•    Materials to support foundational language skills in Spanish and the 5 c’s (communication, culture, connections, comparisons, and communities) across all three modes of communication 
•    Integrated performance assessments along with a diagnostic, formative, and summative assessments 
•    Intervention and enrichment support to address the academic, social and emotional needs of all student populations 
•    Computer-assisted language learning tools to collect evidence of speaking tasks.
