The Vendor is required to provide requires on demand commercial credit reporting services to support agency personnel on an as requested basis.
- Assessment of funding applications includes a process of due diligence that entails analysis of applicant credit scores to identify potential risks associated with applicant financial and management capacity to implement proposed activities.
- Access to an online/on-demand search tool for agency users (minimum 15 users) to search/retrieve complete views of state Business Credit Reports (maximum 1200);
- A user manual/online support materials/training for users;
- Access to technical/administrative support during normal business hours (as defined in section 7.0);
- Training sessions or materials on the software
- Credit Reports are to include, at a minimum;
o Key identifiers for the business;
o Index and score summaries;
o Index and score histories;
o Summary of accounts, collections, liens, judgements, and past due amounts;
o Financial trade details; and
o Credit utilization.
- Provide technical/administrative support throughout the contract accessible Monday through Friday during normal business hours (08:00 to 16:00 EST), excluding holidays.
