Affordable Housing Project Progress Monitoring Services

The Vendor is required to provide a self-supporting and mission driven state agency dedicated to making housing affordable for all state.
- Affordable home financing to low- to moderate-income families and help ensure the continued availability of suitable rental housing for households of modest means, while focusing on the overall housing needs of our state's growing communities.
- Provide a detailed narrative (project description) of proposed construction and systems:
•    Grading, storm drainage, sewer, water, paving, landscaping
•    Foundation and superstructure
•    Life safety, plumbing, mechanical, electrical
•    Roofing, building enclosure system, weatherproofing, flashing. 
•    Interior finishes and conveyance systems
•    Offsite work if applicable
- Comment on the Survey Review with regards to easements, encroachments, and variances
- Proposed improvements – drainage, sewer-septic, water-well, gas, power, cable television, telephone, retaining walls, fencing, playground, etc.
