The Vendor is required to provide financial advisory services to the county authority, in the areas of debt issuance, management, analysis and structure, including but not limited to the following:
• Assist in selecting underwriter(s), if needed, for financings
• Structure and provide financing input related to energy programs
• Review pricing and fee structure offered by underwriter(s) (if negotiated)
• Assist in determining structure and timing for sale
• Sec secondary market disclosure compliance
• Assist in preparing and reviewing all documents necessary for financing transactions including but not limited to:
○ POS
○ OS
○ Bid form
○ LFB applications
○ All closing documents
○ Program documents
• Assist in coordinating lease transactions for school boards and municipalities with the lessor bank, as part of the authority guaranteed leasing program
• Attend all authority meetings which are held once per month, and be available for any additional meetings on an as needed basis
• Be available to answer questions related to all financings.
