The vendor is required to provide that helicopter transportation services on a “call as needed” basis.
- The service will be of the following types:
• Passenger and sling load missions
• Aerial firefighting and sling load only missions
• Aerial weed control missions
• Aerial capture, eradication, and tagging of animals (ACETA) missions
- Helicopter requirements:
a. Helicopter general:
• The helicopters shall have standard airworthiness certificates.
• The installation of any special equipment specified in this contract shall be approved by.
• The helicopter(s) must meet requirements for day and night visual flight rules (VFR).
• The contractor shall be certified under far 14 cfr part 133, external load operations.
• The helicopter(s) shall be meet all provisions stated in this contract. contractors must submit evidence of meeting all requirements.
• The submission of a current office card for aircrafts or other similar inspection certification.
• Evidence of certification will be required by solicitation offer due date as posted in solicitation.
• The contractor does not provide current certification, offers can be rejected.
