The Vendor is required to provide the services of state licensed real estate broker to provide real estate services on as needed basis.
- The required services will consist of assisting in acquiring and/or selling commercial, residential, agricultural or undeveloped property for various county uses and/or needs.
- Assist the county to search and locate available property as needed.
- Assist the county in the evaluation of the subject properties.
- Communicate with all applicable building/owner representatives and coordinate all written and verbal communications, negotiations, and structuring of lease, purchase, or sale transactions.
- Develop, with the county’s input, options and cost-effective approaches to its review of business needs with respect to space, including but not limited to: financial objectives, workplace assessment, viable alternatives, analysis of marketplace conditions and desired strategic project parameters.
