The Vendor is required to provide periodic maintenance, inspection, general repair, and emergency repair services for agency existing security systems.
- Includes all labor, supervision, materials, parts, hardware, software, software support agreements, supplies, tools, equipment, transport, expenses and all unspecified incidental items to provide a maintenance service contract for the following:
• Agency existing access control system (ACS) manufactured by magnetics technology, Inc. which includes card readers, door crash bars, door locksets, magnetic locks, electromechanical lock sets, door intercoms, security bells, request-to-exist door buttons, door strikes, etc.;
• Agency existing intrusion detection system (ids) by digital monitoring products (DMP), Inc., which includes motion detectors, alarm system management keypads, door contacts, etc.; and
• Agency existing closed-circuit television (CCTV) system manufactured by various companies, including axis and pelco, comprised of both interior and exterior fixed cameras and PTZ cameras.
- Adequate full-time trained professional personnel to operate security systems and to provide routine preventative maintenance and repairs.
- Providing required information, data, documentation, and test data to facilitate the Contractor’s performance of the work and will provide such additional assistance and services as is specifically set forth.
- All routine preventative maintenance, on-call, and emergency services shall be coordinated with the agency Contract Monitor and the Facility Maintenance Supervisors, Facility Administrators, or designees, as required
- Building/equipment maintenance schedules and checklists are intended to provide an indication of system size, complexity, and parts used, in order to facilitate maintenance services.
- The actual installed devices may vary as system maintenance and changes are made over time to the security system.
- Access Control System is comprised of, but not limited to, the following components:
• Central Processing Unit;
• Badging Printer and Camera;
• Control Panel (M2100 and M2150);
• Card Reader (Door, Gate, and Overhead Roll-Up Door);
• Lift Master Door;
• Remote Lift Master Door Opener;
• Request-to-Exit Motion Sensor/Detector;
• Touch Bar/Pull Handle Assembly;
• Emergency Crash Bar;
• Electrified Crash Bar;
• Electrified Handles;
• Request-to-Exit (RTE) Door Motion Detectors;
• RTE Push Buttons;
• Magnetic Door Lock;
• Power Supply for Magnetic Door Locks;
• Door Release Controls;
• Remote Door Release Controls;
• Door Contacts;
• Window Contacts;
• Door Strikes;
• Overhead Door Contacts;
• Telephone Entry System;
• Intercom;
• Uninterruptible Power Source;
• System and Communication Wiring;
• Software, including the XML SDK interface module; and,
• Additional accessories as required to complete the system.
