The vendor is required to provide temporary employees as needed.
- HR will send relevant information including, but not limited to, job description, requested hourly rate, length of engagement, and the department information where the temporary employee will be needed.
- university’s department will assess the resumes provided, and may require in person, phone or virtual interviews.
- The university picks a resume of a qualified candidate; HR will inform the proposer of when the candidate will start and where they need to report.
- A temporary employee is not working, and HR will notify proposer of a need for a new employee within the same timeline as described above.
- Contract Period/Term: 1 year
