The Vendor is required to provide recommendations on strategies, technologies and policies for improving the functionality, performance and reliability of the agencies’ toll systems.
- Services include:
• Drafts of recommended policies, new or updated, to incorporate best practices.
• As-needed confidential communications and/or presentations to toll operations department staff, executive management, attorneys, and board members.
• Gap analyses, risk registers and reports that explain and support recommended courses of action.
• Meeting minutes and issue summaries.
• Maintain capability to provide an adequate staff of qualified key and support personnel to perform the services necessary to execute the contract requirements.
• Establish internal accounting methods and procedures acceptable to agency for documenting and monitoring contract costs.
• Provide cost-to-date, schedule, progress, staffing and related data to agency as a part of the regular monthly progress and payment process meetings and reports.
• Provide a cubicle, desk, chair, desktop phone, and internet connectivity, connection to a network printer and access to the toll systems.
• Contractor shall provide their own computer/laptop.
