Financial and Single Audits Services

The Vendor is required to provide financial and single auditing, accounting, and related professional services and intends to employ the services of certified public accounting firms to conduct such engagements.
- Designate a qualified management-level individual to be responsible and accountable for overseeing the drafting of the financial statements and notes;
- Establish and monitor the performance of the drafting of the financial statements and notes;
- Make all decisions that involve management functions and accept full responsibility for such decisions;
- Evaluate the adequacy of the financial statements and notes; and
- Prepare management’s discussion and analysis.
- Provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to meet the RFP requirements;
- Communicate the contract requirements to its personnel and direct and coordinate project activities to ensure that the services progress efficiently and are completed on schedule;
- Ensure that all its employees can communicate effectively with state employees;
- Ensure that it is current with all payments and registration fees and similar financial obligations owed to the auditor during the term of its contract with the auditor; and
- Fully cooperate and maintain effective communication with the auditor and cooperate in the resolution of problems, suspected problems, or potential problems.
