The vendor is required to provide lease development and management and financial feasibility services for include:
• Align with the goals as set forth in the 2021 plan of conservation and development.
• Consider a municipal cultural and performance center.
• Consider mixed-use and residential uses as components of the project.
• Enhance and complement the downtown area’s existing uses and amenities.
• Deliver high construction standards contextual with the traditional downtown village character.
• Incorporate sufficient parking as identified in the downtown parking assessment report and through an analysis of proposed project uses.
• Maintain public access to historical WPA art within the existing building.
