External Audit Services

The vendor is required to provide external audit services, including both an interim audit and year-end audit, for the years ending December 31 in 2025, 2026, 2027, 2028, and 2029.
- Timing and other requirements:
1. Interim audit: field work, control testing: 
•    Plan and required documents delivered in writing at least two weeks prior to commencing field work
2. Year-end audit: field work:
•    District to have completed working papers, documents and financial statements for beginning of field work
3. Presentation to mayor and council:
•    Consultant delivers public presentation to mayor and council on independent auditor’s report and associated financial statements. 
•    Consultant delivers audit findings report in a closed meeting with mayor and council.
- The software package case ware to compile year end documents and prepare financial statements.
