The vendor is required to provide finance remodel redesign services for include:
• Remove existing temporary offices
• Sound dampening and include windows on the top portion of the side walls (east and west walls) to allow for natural light filtration.
• Each should have a solid fire rated door that is lockable.
• Carpet should be replaced with same carpet in areas where it is needed.
• Relocate or add additional sprinkler heads to meet code issues.
• Relocate door into the file room from north side of wall to south side (to become conference room).
• Update and move lighting as needed to ensure all offices have overhead lighting.
