Access Accessibility Audit Services

The vendor is required to provide access accessibility audit services of the accessibility features of software and communications technology and consulting services related to accessibility.
1. Digital roadmap and agency requests: 
•    Audit benefit application channels provided by one state agency. 
•    Other agencies may seek support from agency to provide an accessibility audit for their technology including, but not limited to, technology custom-built in-house, custom-built by a vendor, a highly configured platform, or a cots product. 
•    The successful bidder will be able to support future scopes of work to conduct accessibility audits of various agency technologies as needed.
2. Agency website domain policy: 
•    Category A: 
o    Audit agency website(s) and web application(s) as part of a domain request process. evaluating accessibility of state websites and web applications is part of evaluating requests for mass.gov subdomains under agency domain policy. 
o    Websites vary from custom built applications to SaaS or cots applications with different degrees of customization or configuration. 
o    The sites are built using different technologies, including but not limited to .net, react, and JavaScript. 
•    Category B: 
o    To support agencies making domain requests, we are also looking for consulting services that include supporting agencies in developing accessibility statements and other professional services as needed.
